Anyhey, you need a physical sound wave to get a recording. Which if they really do have such recordings *shiver* the sound must exist in our time and space. It's right there with you. So what else is right there with you? (I need to go turn on a few more lights.) Static images and repetitious sounds are like little ghostly snapshots of the past that somehow got stuck in the present. It's like a twisted time travel scenario or one of those bizarre physics theories (worm holes, cosmic strings). Hmm, now I'm wondering how those cold spots that people supposedly experience in ghost sightings factor in. To sum up, science failed me...I haven't a clue. He also delves into the science of what might be the afterlife. Really fascinating stuff It's gut-bustingly funny and unexpectedly scary in parts.
